### **Token Sale Details:**

Public Sale: 160 trillion JACK tokens will be available for purchase during the public sale. The public sale will be open to anyone interested in acquiring JACK tokens at the initial offering price.

### **Liquidity Pool:**

120 trillion JACK tokens will be added to the liquidity pool. This pool will ensure there is sufficient liquidity for trading on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and stabilize the token's price.

### **Development Team:**

40 trillion JACK tokens will be allocated to the development team. These tokens will be vested over a specific period to incentivize the team's commitment and contributions to the project's success.

**Marketing and Partnerships:**

40 trillion JACK tokens will be set aside for marketing efforts and forming strategic partnerships. These tokens will be used to promote the project, raise awareness, and attract potential collaborators.

**Community and Airdrops:**

40 trillion JACK tokens will be distributed to the community through airdrops, giveaways, and other engagement initiatives. These tokens will reward early adopters, active community members, and supporters of the project.Token Vesting Schedule:

**Token Vesting Schedule:**

The tokens allocated to the development team will be subject to a vesting schedule to ensure long-term commitment. For example, 25% of the team's tokens could be released at the project's launch, with the remaining tokens vesting monthly over 12 months.

**Token Burning:**

To create a deflationary mechanism and increase token scarcity, a small percentage of tokens from each transaction (e.g., 0.01%) could be burned and permanently removed from circulation. Please note that the token distribution plan above now accounts for 100% of the total token supply (400 trillion JACK). The percentages can be adjusted based on the project's specific needs, goals, and community preferences. Additionally, conducting a token sale or initial coin offering (ICO) requires careful planning and compliance with applicable regulations to ensure a successful and transparent fundraising process.
